La climatisation est bruyante, les places de parking sont très compliquées avec une voiture longue, les escaliers sont un peu hauts , il manque un accès pmr.

Concernant vos remarques, la configuration des escaliers et les dimensions des places de parking respectent strictement les normes architecturales standards de la région, des éléments structurels que nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas modifier. De plus, les caractéristiques d'accessibilité de la résidence sont bien spécifiées dans le descriptif de l'annonce pour aider nos futurs voyageurs. Sachez que notre équipe technique va vérifier immédiatement le système de climatisation afin de s'assurer de son bon fonctionnement.
