In front of the building entrance there is a community parking lot where you can park your car easily and for free. In the garden there is a table for outdoor dining and barbecue, Smart TV and free access to Wi-Fi will give you the opportunity to watch your favorite movies and series. In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare breakfast and spend the mornings without rushing. The studio has a desk to work or study while you are on vacation. El estudio dispone ropa de la cama, almoadas, edredon y juegos de toallas.

En la zona para dormir hay una cama de matrimonio (150×200), mesilla de noche, TV de pantalla plana, escritorio.

Cuarto de baño tiene una ducha, mueble para guardar cosas, un secador de pelo, jabón, papel higiénico para primer dia de la estancia.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene: vitrocerámica con dos fuegos, nevera, congelador, microondas, tostadora, cafetera italiana, vajillas y cubiertos, hervidor de agua, ollas, sartenes, copas de vino, toalla, servilletas, estropajo para lavar platos, líquido para lavar platos, una mesa y dos sillas para comer.

Para niños menores de 2 años, se proporciona una cuna (reserva previa, con suplemento adicional 10€) y una trona.

El estudio dispone de un calentador electrico y un ventilador.
