How to book?
How to determine the total number of people?

Adults are considered to be people who have reached the age of 16 at the time of arrival at the apartment, and children - from 2 to 16 years old (at the time of arrival).
Children under 2 years old are not counted in the total number of guests if they do not occupy one of the main sleeping places (a crib is not considered the main sleeping place and is provided for children under 2 years old free of charge)

Can there be more people staying in the apartment than indicated in the booking confirmation?

The number of guests must not exceed the number indicated in the booking confirmation.
If the number of future guests exceeds the maximum allowed number, this should be agreed with us before booking.
If the number of guests does not exceed the maximum allowed number, but in the end more than indicated in the booking confirmation, you should notify us of these changes.
If an excess of the number of residents is detected, the reservation may be canceled, and the guests will be evicted for violating the rules of accommodation.
Visiting daytime guests is possible only by agreement with Port Blanc Costa Brava.

Is the final cleaning of apartments and houses included in the price?

The cost of final cleaning is indicated in the apartment booking window and is then included in the final payment amount.
However, you should leave the apartment in approximately the same condition as they were at the time of arrival and throw out the trash.

Are there cots and highchairs in the apartments/houses of Port Blanc?

All our apartments and houses have a baby cot and a highchair.
They are provided free of charge, but upon additional request and in advance.
Remember that you have to bring your own bedding for the crib.

Do you provide documents for visa processing?

Yes, after booking and making an advance payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email, which you can provide to the visa application center / consulate along with the rest of the necessary documents.

Cancellation and modification of booking
What if we want to cancel the reservation?

In case of cancellation of the reservation within 48 hours after its completion, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation of the reservation after 48 hours will result in a deduction of 20% of the rental price.
No-show at the house/apartment or cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before arrival means that 100% of the total cost of the reservation must be paid.
In case of force majeure, 100% of the amount paid is refunded to the client.

Can I change the check-in/check-out date?

You can change the booking dates by phone (including WhatsApp) or email within 48 hours after its completion to any available dates in this accommodation option.
In this case, the cost of booking can be changed depending on the rates for the selected dates.
If the selected dates are not available for booking, Port Blanc Costa Brava will offer you other accommodation options for these dates.

General questions about apartments/houses
When can I use the pool?

In houses and complexes where there is a swimming pool, it will be open from April to mid-October.

Are there wine glasses in the house?

There are wine glasses in each of our apartments and houses.

What should I do if something broke or stopped working in the apartment?

In this case, you need to contact us by phone (including WhatsApp) and explain the essence of the problem.
We will solve it as soon as possible.

Can we ask questions that are not related to living in an apartment?

Yes, of course.
We are happy to answer all questions of interest to our guests: how to get to the airport, another city, interesting places, recommended restaurants, what events and where they take place, what to do if you lost your passport and so on.
We are always in touch with you.

Questions about arrival/departure
What time should we arrive and what time should we leave?

You can check in to the apartment from 15:00 (to the house from 16:00) to 21:00.
On the eve of arrival, if necessary, you can contact us and clarify whether there is an opportunity to come earlier or later than this time.
Sometimes there is such an opportunity.

You must leave the apartment/house before 11:00.
If there is a possibility of a later check-out, we warn our guests about it.
You can also ask us about this possibility on the eve of departure.
Our phone numbers (including WhatsApp) will be indicated in the booking confirmation, by which you must inform us of the approximate time of arrival or the possibility of a delay in arrival.

Where do we pick up the keys to the apartment/house?

We meet all the guests personally, accompany them to the apartment and hand over sets of keys.

Sometimes you can pick up your keys at our office.
